TERMS & CONDITIONS

PRODUCTION & LEAD TIMES:

Production begins once artwork has been approved. Lead times are estimated and may vary based on order size, product availability, and production schedules.

MINIMUM ORDERS:

A minimum order quantity of 50 pieces per style and color is required. All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

OVERAGES & SHORTAGES:

Due to manufacturing tolerances, inventory fluctuations, and quality control standards, orders are considered complete when shipped within a ±3% variance of the original quantity ordered.

RUSH ORDERS & SET UP FEES:

Orders requiring production within 21 days of artwork approval are subject to a 25%-50% rush production fee depending on the size of the order. Reorders placed more than 12 months after the original order may incur additional setup charges.

SHIPPING:

Orders shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground using our shipping account. Freight charges will be invoiced with the order and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon. If you have a shipping account or label you would like for us to use, please provide this to us via email.

E-COMMERCE & FULLFILMENT:

If you do not have the space to store the finished products, we also offer warehousing options that will allow us to fulfill your order once they come in. We can receive orders via API, or via email with a spreadsheet that includes the customer's information. All e-comm orders that require fulfillment from our location will incur a $5 processing & handling fee per individual order plus shipping costs. If you have any questions regarding this option for your business, please inquire with us.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

- For the time being, all orders under $10,000 will require full payment prior to production.

- Orders exceeding $30,000 may qualify for a 40% deposit requirement.

- Orders exceeding $50,000 require a 50% deposit.

PAYMENT TERMS:

Approved accounts may qualify for Net 7 payment terms after establishing a positive payment history of 3 completed orders. A finance charge of 1% per month may be applied to overdue balances.

RETURNS & CLAIMS:

Any claims regarding shortages, defects, or order discrepancies must be submitted within 10 days of delivery. To initiate a claim, please send an email to info@deathgroundco.com, and include photos and details of the issue for review.
